Business cards, flyers, brochures, web content, advertising, sales and other type letters, announcements, proposals, newsletters and press releases, briefs, manuals, catalogues, menus, directories. Your printed business correspondence presents your business to the world. Add the Internet and digital media and the impact of your business communications is clear. The question is not whether your customers are reading about your business, the question is, what are they reading? In today's graphical world, we constantly hear the word "branding".

Branding develops a consistent and recognizable image for all your business communications. Written communication plays a major role in your branding. It defines your company's image, creates the "interrupt", provides education, and makes the point. A small investment up front can pay big dividends in the future when you are able to put clear, concise and accurately communicated messages in front of your prospects. A well written message sells your image; a poorly constructed message confuses your image. Mix in poor grammar or spelling errors and you've defined your brand.

Remember - you only have one shot at a first impression. Make sure that your company's communications are correct because it's often the first thing your clients and prospects see and it affects their judgment of you and your company. Effective communication starts with correct spelling, punctuation, grammar and composition. You'll keep the trust of your clientele and plant the seed of trust in prospective clients.

This can also be known as contact management (which can be used for e-mail marketing), depending upon what kind of data will be stored. There are myriad ways to keep data easily accessible, organized and usable. Together, we can determine the scope of and uses for your data and which application would be appropriate. You may just need a spreadsheet rather than a full-blown database. We can decide that after talking about your needs. Note: databases and spreadsheets are two different animals.

Many business professionals work while traveling by writing or dictating documents and often do not have time to transcribe or format those documents. Many business people are computer savvy and prefer to type their own documents. They may know the basics, but need support with more advanced features such as mail merges or creating tables or forms. I am an expert in word processing and can do the typing and formatting of any document quickly and efficiently. I can create a format or follow your guidelines.
